I’m sure all of us will be glad to see the end of 2020 and turn the calendar to 2021. This has been a year like no other in our lifetimes. There has been good along with the bad, ending with a holiday that will be celebrated in unique ways.

Many of us have become experts at Zoom meetings, and balancing work at home with children’s remote learning; talking to loved ones through FaceTime; social distancing and hand washing until our hands are dry and cracked. Oh yes, and shortages that seem to cycle through no toilet paper to no flour or yeast to the latest empty shelves.

The good news is vaccines are starting to arrive – so there is now a light at the end of the tunnel. That means we must continue to follow the protocols for hopefully only a few more months and then we’ll be able to start to enjoy whatever the new normal is…
